Terms and Conditions

Consultation form must be completed prior to any treatment performed.

To reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. This deposit secures your slot and is redeemable against your treatment total.

48 hours notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling of appointments.

Failure to meet the cancellation notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

A 100% charge will be applied for any no show appointments and a 50% booking fee will be required for any future appointments.

If you are late for your appointment and it is not possible for me to complete the full treatment in the time left the full service charge will still apply.

Cash or Bank Transfer via QR code into my business account are my accepted payment methods.
